Our Jurney toward Success
1994
The President of the company, Mr. Irfan Hysenbelliu, in cooperation with partners from Israel, started a private business, initially in the field of trade, importing food products.
1995
The construction company “Erjoni” sh.p.k. started its activity in Tirana, and then spread throughout the country.
1997
The privatization of “ALB-MS 97” sh.a. producer of teaching aids, one of the largest companies with state capital.
2001
Mr. Irfan Hysenbelliu managed to unite 10 Albanian businessmen to successfully realize the privatization of the company “Birra Tirana sh.a.”. Under the direction of Mr. Hysenbelliu, “Tirana beer” became the most successful in the Albanian market. After several years of successful experience as CEO of the company “Birra Tirana”, Mr. Hysenbelliu decided to sell his shares from “Birra Tirana” and buy 100% of the shares of “Birra Korça sh.p.k.”, which he still owns.
2002
The winery “Egnatia” started its activity in the city of Elbasan with a high production capacity. It is today the largest winery in the country, equipped with the most cutting-edge production technology.
2002
Mr. Irfan Hysenbelliu initiated a serious investment in the field of print media, constituting the media company “Panorama Group” JSC, which includes: “Panorama” newspaper, “Panorama Sport” newspaper, “Psychology” magazine as and Grazia magazine.
2004
The company “Birra Korça” sh.p.k, founded in 1928, was bought, its factory then underwent a complete reconstruction with an investment of over 15 million Euros.
2010
The company “Egnatia Group” sh.a extended its activity, including in the construction sector. This company has been an investor in various residential complexes in Tirana and several important cities in Albania.
2011
“Focus Group” sh.p.k. company  is created, which successfully realized the purchase of the media group including “News 24”, “Gazeta Shqiptare”, “Balkanweb” and “Radio RASH”.
2011
“Luarasi University” joined the group’s investment portfolio, bringing within it not only a diversification in the education sector, but also a great name in the academic system in Albania.
2013
ALB-MS 97 sh.a. becomes a partner in the construction of a new complex called “Tirana Golden Park”.
2013
“Grazia” magazine, a famous name in the European magazines market, was registered as part of “Hysenbelliu Group” as the only magazine in Albania having an international patent.
2014
Natural oligomineral water “Fab” entered the market as a by-product of “Birra Korça”. Fabiola flowers (in Latin Triteleia laxa) gave the name and image to this new product.
2014
“Restaurant Prestige” opened as a novelty by “Hysenbelliu Group”. Inside a stunning complex with all luxury elements, there are three-storey villas, where everyone can enjoy the most special and prestigious cuisine made by eminent experienced chefs.
2014
The former touristic complex “Mak Albania” became part of the Group. After a total reconstruction of the previous premises and a modern rearrangement made by our architects, this complex returned to the market under the new name of “Prestige Resort” becoming the most frequented tourist destination in the region.
2020
‘Birra Tirana’ becomes part of the large family “Hysenbelliu Group”. The president of the group, Mr. Irfan Hysenbelliu is already the main shareholder of Tirana beer with the largest share quotas.

Tackling everybody’s dream: “Creating a successful business”, through a special intuition, impressive initiative and the far-sightedness to produce future fruits. Thus, creating, step by step, an empire already consolidated under the name the “Hysenbelliu Group”.

Doing business has to be more of an instinct, a sniff. Sometimes decisions may sound strange and maybe a little bit crazy, but in the end the risk brings success.
Having this cost in mind i started to establish Hysenbelliu Group, by transforming it from a small business to a company with a diversified portfolio of businesses, and today, leaving aside my modesty, i might say that we have a successful leading position in the Albanian Market.

Doing business in Albania is not a simple matter to deal with and this has required a stronger sniff and the risk, why not, even greater. The fear of failure minimizes when the increase comes gradually, as it has come for the group i lead.
Nowadays, Hysenbelliu Group is not where it is, just as a coincidence of fate, but as the product of hard consistent work and lessons learned during the way.
Part of the Hysenbelliu Group are also some companies operating in different sectors, beginning from the beverage industry to the written media, the electronic media, hospitality and tourism industry, or the construction industry. All of them have been established with a clear vision of their mission and a well thought strategy for the objective development and achievement of objectives.

The vision of each of these leading companies in the country is fully incorporated in one common vision with Hysenbelliu Group, which has the consumer in its heart, and the fixed idea that there is room for improvement in everything that was achieved until now.
